Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is open to residents of mainland Britain, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Rhapsody Opera, or anyone else professionally associated with the company.
2. No purchase is necessary
3. Only one entry per person or company is permitted
4. Winning entrant must have an event planned to which a minimum of 30 guests are likely to attend
5. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Entrants must submit the details of their forthcoming event along with their name, address, contact telephone number and email as part of the online form contained on the relevant page of the website www.corporateopera.co.uk
7. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries received.
8. The winners will be notified within 48 hours of the winner being chosen.
9. The prize will constitute a performance of Tenor songs and arias in whatever venue is made available by the winner. This performance will be accompanied piano.
10. The type of entertainment and singers involved will be entirely at the discretion of Rhapsody Opera
11. The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize itself or the awarding of the prize impossible and accordingly Rhapsody Opera may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Rhapsody Opera as a result thereof.
